RateCardLab

Submit a rate card

The benchmarks get sharper every time an operator sends a real quote. Most 3PLs publish nothing, so submitted rate cards are the only way this dataset ever covers the vendors that matter most.

How to send it

Email data@ratecardlab.com with the quote, rate card, or an invoice. A screenshot, PDF, or pasted table all work. If you can, include your rough monthly order volume and average items per order, because a rate is meaningless without the volume tier it was quoted against.

What we do with it

We normalize each line into our schema, tag it as submitted data so readers weight it differently from published rates, and publish it in the fee benchmarks.

What we strip

Your company name, contact names, account numbers, addresses, logos, and anything else that could identify you or your account manager. We publish the vendor and the numbers. We do not publish who was quoted, and we do not pass submissions to any 3PL.

Check your own contract first. Some 3PL agreements include confidentiality terms covering pricing. That is between you and your provider, and we are not in a position to advise on it. If your contract restricts sharing rates, do not send them.

What you get back

If you ask, we will run your quote through the same normalization we use in our comparison method and send you back where it sits against the published band, before it goes into the dataset. No charge, no pitch.
